Florida House Bill HB4099, initiated by the Palm Beach Country Estates Landowners’ Association and filed with the legislature on Friday, January 9, 2026, proposes a reorganization of the Board of Supervisors and other organizational and operational changes.

Executive Director William Kennedy has stated that this bill was never formally communicated to the District, nor was it presented to the Board for consideration in any official capacity. The bill will be discussed by the District Attorney at the Board meeting on January 15th at 6:00 p.m.
